A bikepacking trail perfect for families, microadventures or a long day ride from North Berwick to Dunbar.
Visit some of East Lothian's impressive islands including the iconic Bass Rock home to the world's largest gannet colony.
Scotland's first cable wakeboarding park and only ropes course constructed over water. Set in beautiful woodland on the edge of the John Muir Way near Dunbar. Try wakeboarding, Foxfall Rope Course, go off road on segways and zip from tree to tree.
Coast to Coast offers high quality adventure sports including surfing, bodyboarding, SUP and coasteering.
Paddleboarding sessions for people, aged 12 and upwards, predominately based at Musselburgh Lagoons. This offers the opportunity for people to get to grips with being on a Paddleboard in a sheltered, inland, body of water. You can also use a 17 foot long mega XL SUP, which can be used by large groups of 8 adults or up to 12 children.
Coasteering is an exhilarating activity that offers the opportunity to explore the intertidal zone, journeying through the sea, over rocks and finding places to jump into the sea! Coasteering offers a completely different perspective of the coastline and opens up a whole new world in the sea.

Beach Wheelchairs provides a range of specialist equipment to allow wheelchair users to get on the beach at North Berwick and Seton Sands. At North Berwick, there is one powered wheelchair, 4 manual wheelchairs, a beach walker, a hoist and a range of specialised equipment available for free hire. At Seton Sands, there are two manual wheelchairs for free hire.
