Originally established in 1975, Belhaven Smokehouse is an award-winning Scottish Smokehouse, specialising in small batch curing and smoking of salmon, trout, and cheese. We are proud suppliers to some of the best retailers, hotels, and restaurants in Scotland.
The quality of our product starts with where we source our fish. All of our suppliers have extremely high environmental standards with low stocking densities industry accreditation and exceptional products.
Our onsite shop sells a delicious selection of our smoked products and a variety of other carefully selected specialist food products. We have a real passion for supporting other local artisan food producers from East Lothian and the rest of Scotland.
We have onsite parking and we are situated on the A199 just before you get to the A1.
