You have a choice of nine spectacular luxury Lodges, each with 3 or 4 bedrooms, open plan dining area and lounge complete. All Lodges feature a wide open balcony with wonderful views.
MARINE VILLA
An exclusive retreat for up to 10 guests in our private, gated 28-acre waterfront… it even includes private access to a beach. Rumour has it, Robert Louis Stevenson was inspired to write Treasure Island when staying in this very Villa.
THE BOATHOUSE
Downstairs are four spacious bedrooms, all en-suite. Upstairs is a spectacular continuous open plan space, perfect for entertaining. Open up the French doors and breathe in the fresh sea air with views of the Firth of the Forth from your balcony. Its also includes private access to a beach.
Each features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve dinner for you and your guests… equally, you can book one of our chefs to come and cook for you. We also provide complimentary transport around the estate, whenever you need it.
