the rules / terms & conditions
- The survey will run until 23.59 on Thursday 31st October 2024.
- To enter you must complete the survey and provide valid contact details. Your name and contact details will only be collected for the purposes of the prize draw. Once the prize draw has been completed your details will be deleted within 1 month after the closing date of the survey.
- If the randomly selected winner lives outside of the United Kingdom the prize will be £250 worth of vouchers (i.e. equivalent value to the food and drink hamper offered to UK residents).
- Any personnel who are employed by East Lothian Council cannot enter the prize draw and will find their entry invalid.
- One entry per person and in the case where two entries from any person are received only the first entry will be valid.
- Winner will be drawn at random by JRS within 7 days of the closing date.
- JRS will contact the winner by email within 14 days of the closing date.
- The winner will have 3 days (from receiving the email) to reply and claim the prize. If they fail to claim the prize within this time frame JRS will draw the winner again.
- We reserve the right to alter or amend these rules at any time and to suspend or cancel the survey at any time.
- Failure to gain access to the survey due to technical difficulties, or for any other reason, is not our responsibility.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
- The prize is non-transferable, cannot be sold, auctioned or swapped.
- Prize will be sent to the address supplied by the winner, we accept no responsibility for the failure of this to arrive.
